The health and safety of our team and our customers is our top priority. We are working closely with the Ministry of Health to ensure that we are implementing or exceeding all recommended guidance throughout this public health emergency. Below is an overview of the key measures we are taking to keep our team and our customers safe.

Temperature checks

Forte is taking the temperature of all employees prior to the start of each shift to ensure the safest possible environments for you and our team. Any employee with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher will be sent home, with pay. Employees must be evaluated prior to returning to work, and must be fever free without medication for at least 72 hours.

Masks and gloves for all Forte stores and factory employees

All stores and factory employees are required to wear masks and gloves during work hours. Forte is committed to supplying this equipment to our teams during this health emergency.

Daily enhanced cleanings for all Forte stores and factory

Forte has introduced an enhanced, daily cleaning and sanitization regimen in our stores and factory, utilising cleaning products approved for use against COVID-19.
